Changing your Notification Type

You can choose your notification type via the Stockie app, so it can help you report on inventory suitable for your store.

Click Apps in your Shopify admin and open the Stockie app.

Select an active notification would like to customize, or create a new notification.

Scroll down to the Products and thresholds section, this is where you will find your notification options. If you select Standard notifications or CSV notification different options will appear in the box below.

All products (storewide)

A storewide notification reports on all products and variants in your store. They are the simplest type of notification.

Specific Products

A product notification reports on only the products and variants you select.

Specific Collections

A collection notification reports on all products in your Shopify collections you select.

CSV Notification

CSV notifications allow you to upload a CSV file containing your selection of variants along with their desired low stock thresholds. These are useful for stores with large amounts of variants or in cases where you want to set different thresholds for different variants.
