Why aren't my products showing up in my notifications?
If certain products aren’t appearing in your notifications, it’s usually due to how your notification or product settings are configured.
Here are the most common reasons and how to fix them 👇
1. The product isn’t included in your notification
Each notification in Stockie monitors a specific set of products, based on your include and exclude settings.
If a product isn’t part of that group, it won’t appear in your notifications.
To check:
- Open the Stockie app in your Shopify admin.
- Go to the Notifications page.
- Select the notification that’s missing the product.
- Review your Include in this notification and Exclude from this notification sections.
You can include products storewide, by specific products, collections, or conditions.

2. The product is set to “Draft” or “Archived” in Shopify
By default, Stockie only tracks active products.
If your product is in Draft or Archived status in Shopify, it will be excluded unless you’ve explicitly chosen to include it.
To include these products:
- Edit your notification in the Stockie app.
Check the box next to:
✅ Include draft and archived products
When enabled, Stockie will monitor these products just like any others.
3. The product doesn’t meet the low stock criteria
Even if a product is included, it will only appear once it meets the low stock threshold (Classic Mode) or reorder point (Smart Mode).
If the product has enough available inventory, it simply won’t be listed yet.
