When Adding Recipients, What Is the Difference Between “Unassign” and "Delete"?

If you select the "Unassign" button next to a recipient, this will remove the chosen recipient from the selected notification only. Should you select the "Delete", this will permanently delete the recipient from all notifications they are assigned to.

Once a recipient has been removed from a notification, they will cease to receive any emails relating to that notification.

Please note: When permanently deleting recipients, if they are the only recipient belonging to a notification, that notification will be made inactive until you assign a new recipient.
