You can contact Stockie support directly from inside the app or by email.
Contacting support from the app
- Open the Stockie Low Stock Alert app from your Shopify admin.
- Click the chat icon in the bottom-right corner of the screen.
- Type your question or describe the issue you’re experiencing.
This will open a support chat where you can reach our team directly.
We usually respond within 24 hours.

Please include:
- Your Shopify store URL
- A brief description of your issue
- Any screenshots that might help us troubleshoot
