How to contact support

If you ever get stuck or have a question, our team is here to help.

You can contact Stockie support directly from inside the app or by email.

Contacting support from the app

  1. Open the Stockie Low Stock Alert app from your Shopify admin.
  2. Click the chat icon in the bottom-right corner of the screen.
  3. Type your question or describe the issue you’re experiencing.

This will open a support chat where you can reach our team directly.

We usually respond within 24 hours.

Contacting support by email

You can also reach us by emailing support@plutonian.io.

Please include:

  • Your Shopify store URL
  • A brief description of your issue
  • Any screenshots that might help us troubleshoot
