How your replenishment figures stay up to date

Available on: Pro Plus.

Forecast & replenishment  keeps itself up to date. Change a setting, place or receive a purchase order, or move stock on a transfer, and the products affected recalculate within seconds. There is no manual step to run.

How current the figures are

Just above the table you will see one of these:

  • "Up to date as of 9:02 AM" - whatever time is shown, the figures include every change up to then.
  • "Updating", with a blue dot - a change is being worked in. It clears on its own, and says if it is likely to take a few minutes.

Refreshing inventory

Inventory follows Shopify on its own, so there is usually nothing to do here.

If a quantity does look wrong, More actions → Refresh inventory from Shopify downloads your inventory from Shopify again and recalculates whatever changed. On a large store that takes a few minutes.

If a figure still looks out of date

The page picks up changes you make on it, and reloads once when an update finishes. It does not refresh beyond that, so reload the page if something changed in Shopify or in another tab.

If it still looks wrong after that, please contact support and we will look into it.

Where did the Run forecast button go?

Your figures are kept up to date for you automatically now, so there is no longer a forecast to run. Changes to settings and inventory take effect within seconds.
