How do I change my pricing plan?

Change your plan at Pricing . Pick the plan you want and approve the charge in Shopify.

Upgrading takes effect once you approve. Downgrading keeps your data: features the new plan does not include are switched off, and everything you set up is still there when you move back up.

Upgrading

Go to Pricing .
Choose your plan.
Approve the charge in Shopify.

The new plan's features are available immediately. Nothing you have set up is affected.

If you upgrade to Pro or Pro Plus, forecasting has to build before there is anything to see - your first forecast runs and populates the Forecast & replenishment page. See Classic mode vs Smart mode.

Downgrading

Moving to a lower plan does not delete anything you have set up in Stockie. Suppliers, supplier SKUs, product-supplier assignments, costs, forecast settings, purchase orders, inventory adjustments and stocktakes are all kept.

What changes is what you can use:

Below Pro, forecasting, suppliers and reports are no longer available, and the forecast stops running.
Below Pro Plus, purchase orders, inventory adjustments, stocktakes and transfers are no longer available. Stockie keeps its permission to update your Shopify inventory, so there is nothing to grant again when you move back up.

Move back up and it is all there again. If moving back up takes you from Classic mode to Smart mode, you go through setup again.

What happens to your notifications

Notifications are not deleted, but some can change:

Anything the new plan cannot support is switched off, such as a notification using conditions on a plan without them, or with more recipients than the new plan allows.
Notifications over the new plan's limit are switched off. Free includes one notification and Basic includes five.
If your catalogue is larger than the new plan covers, every notification is switched off. Free covers up to 250 variants and Basic up to 8,000.
Dropping below Advanced resets per-variant thresholds. Every notification using item-specific thresholds is switched to its default threshold instead, and keeps sending on that number.

Notifications that are switched off stay in your list. When you turn one back on, Stockie checks it fits your current plan, and tells you what to change if it does not.

Before you downgrade

It is worth checking the limits on the plan you are moving to. Recipients, notifications and variants all have caps below Advanced.
