How do I change my pricing plan?

You can upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time directly inside the Stockie app via the Pricing page.

How to change your plan

1. Open the Stockie app in your Shopify admin.
2. Go to Pricing in the side-bar menu.
3. Review the list of available plans for your store.
4. Select the plan you’d like to move to.
5. Confirm your selection — your new plan will activate immediately.

Your current plan and renewal details are always displayed at the top of the Pricing page.

Shopify billing

All plan changes are processed securely through Shopify Billing.

Your new plan charges will appear on your next Shopify invoice.

• If you upgrade, Shopify automatically prorates the cost based on your billing cycle.
• If you downgrade, the change will take effect immediately and your next invoice will reflect the lower plan price.
