Migrating min/max levels from Stocky

Min/max levels are set up in Stockie directly: you export a file of your variants, fill in the levels and import it back.

How it works

1. Go to Forecast & replenishment → Manage settings → Min/max levels
2. Choose the location
3. Export to get a file listing your variants at that location
4. Fill in the MIN QUANTITY and MAX QUANTITY columns
5. Import it back

Filling in the values

The numbers can come from wherever you keep them - a spreadsheet, supplier order sheets, or anything you saved from Stocky before it closed.

What the import checks:

• Max has to be greater than min. A row where they match, including 0 and 0, is rejected
• Levels are per location. Each file is for the location you chose, and rows for another location are rejected
• Blank min and max clear a level. Leaving both cells empty on a row removes that variant's min/max levels

Building it up over time

The file only needs the rows you are setting. Variants you leave out keep whatever levels they already have, so you can work through a location or a supplier at a time.

Min/max or forecasting

Min/max suits products you want ordered against fixed levels. Everything else can run on forecasting, which works from your Shopify sales history with no import. See min/max reorder settings.
