Using a third-party label app

Available on: Pro Plus.

Stockie exports a barcode CSV from any purchase order, which you import into your label app to print. See printing barcode labels from a purchase order for the export itself.

If you use Yanet

It works as it comes. The export is formatted for Yanet by default, so there is nothing to set up.

If you use anything else

Every label app expects its own columns in its own order, so the default export will not import cleanly everywhere.

Setup: tell us which label app you use and we will configure your export to match it. We can support any label app you name.

Include whatever format requirements the app publishes - most list the columns they expect - and we will set it up on your store.

If an import fails

  • Check whether your app needs a column the default export does not carry. That is what configuration fixes
  • Check the products carry what your format needs. Most formats match on the barcode, so an item without one is left out of the file entirely
  • Check you are importing in the right area of your label app. More than one merchant has found the file was fine and the import screen was wrong
