How do I uninstall Stockie?
You can uninstall Stockie at any time directly from your Shopify admin.
Uninstalling will automatically cancel your paid subscription and stop all low stock notifications.
How to uninstall Stockie
- Open the Stockie app from your Shopify admin.
- In the top-right corner of the screen, click the ⋯ (three-dot) icon.
- Select Uninstall from the dropdown menu.
- When the confirmation dialog appears, click Uninstall again to confirm.
What happens after uninstalling
🧾 Subscription automatically cancelled
Uninstalling cancels your paid subscription immediately through Shopify Billing. You won’t be charged again.
🗑️ Your data is deleted immediately
As soon as you uninstall, all of your Stockie data — including notifications, thresholds, recipients, and forecasting settings — is permanently deleted from our systems.
This process happens instantly and cannot be reversed.
📧 Notifications stop sending
All scheduled and instant emails stop as soon as the app is removed.
Optional: provide a reason for uninstalling
When the uninstall confirmation appears, you can optionally select a reason for uninstalling.
This feedback helps our team improve the app for future updates.
Before you uninstall
If you’re uninstalling because something isn’t working as expected, we’d love the chance to help first.
Many issues can be resolved quickly without removing the app.
